At Sylvia Kontente, every care is taken to design products of the highest quality. In the unusual event of a manufacturing defect, Sylvia Kontente provides a one-year manufacturer’s warranty for all products. The warranty is available only to the original purchaser who purchased the product from Sylvia Kontente or from an authorized retailer.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use, damage to the jewelry caused by the wearer, trauma, loss, or theft. Repairs performed by someone other than Sylvia Kontente will void the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
