USA Shipping
All items currently in stock are shipped free of charge via overnight delivery. Items will be shipped to the payment originator (the holder of the credit card) only, and all deliveries require an adult’s signature. Orders must be shipped to a physical address, not a post office box.
Orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. EST for next-day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday. No Sunday deliveries.
International Shipping
International shipping is free of charge, but delivery time can vary from country to country. Recipients needs to verify that they can receive gold and diamond jewelry from the United States, as well as custom rules, duties, taxes and any other fees. The customer is responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and any other fees associated with the purchase, as required by the customer’s country.
Returns
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, in the original condition and unused. Returns are accepted from the original purchaser only, and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment in which an item was purchased.
